Our Story
Our founder grew up watching a pattern - passionate small food processors working day and night, yet never growing. Farmers would lose out on profit because they lacked the skills to add value to their produce. Businesses were stuck not because of lack of effort, but because they didn’t know what to do next.
That pattern sparked a mission.
After pursuing a degree in Food Science and Technology, our founder began studying the real reasons small African food brands struggle, and found the answer: a massive knowledge and support gap.
Training started. Workshops were delivered. Foodpreneurs were empowered. But it wasn’t enough.
There was a need for a central platform a dedicated space where any African foodpreneur could access quality, practical, and culturally relevant education to build and scale their dream food business. A platform not for every business owner but for specifically for the foodprenuers.
That’s how the FoodPreneur Business Academy was born.
